At M2REST, we work with our investors to help them clearly define their investment goals, build their personal professional team (accountant, attorney, insurance broker, etc), develop their financing strategy, define their Ideal Property Profile (IPP),and much more. Regardless of where they start, we help our members get Ready, and Set to BUY, step by step.
| Our Product
We identify and purchase quality properties for resale to our investor clients. M2REST’s tightly screened, positive cash flowing, equity-rich Properties for Sale are our “product”. To help you succeed, we add Step-by-Step guidance along with access to our hand-picked, experienced Power Team for all our investors.
With our guidance, investors take direct ownership, renovate (if necessary) using our “power team”, and hold for positive cash flow, or sell for profit from their personal portfolios.
| Our Step-by-Step Process: (A General Overview)
Ready:- The investor completes the intake “homework” which serves as an overview of their goals, finances, and skills/resources. This completed “homework” is emailed to our office before the first meeting.
- The initial teleconference with our M2REST team will focus on the investor’s current situation to help us understand their goals, financial objectives, and vision. Ultimately, we are working to determine how M2REST can best serve the investor.
Set:- As a team, the investor and M2REST work to determine the next 3 steps to move efficiently toward purchase. When the investor completes these first 3 steps, a notice of completion will be emailed to M2REST and a meeting scheduled to discuss progress and determine the next 3 steps. This process proceeds at a pace determined by the investor (we can go as fast or as slow as you like) and continues until the investor is Ready and Set to BUY.
- Through the above process, M2REST develops the investor’s IPP. This profile enables M2REST to pin-point investment property acquisitions that match the individual investor’s goals and comfort zone.
BUY:- As soon as a property match has been made, the investor receives an exclusive notification of availability. M2REST Ready, Set, Buy Network members have 2 days to examine the purchase before other marketing is conducted by M2REST.
- By this time, the investor is Ready and Set up to buy this property, and has access to our “power team” of professionals in the investment city. Our carefully screened and managed relationships with these “power team” members are an indispensable component of profitable, enjoyable investing.
- The investor continues to maintain access to unlimited guidance from M2REST principals as necessary throughout the transaction. At M2REST, we want to build long term, mutually beneficial investing relationships. Our investors’ success is our success.
