As founder of the Housing Education Program, Rick has been actively involved in real estate finance and community development for more than 25 years. He was formerly associated with Pacific Coast Savings of San Francisco as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Gateway Bank where he served as President. Rick received his BA and JD degrees from Wake Forest University. He is a past member of the North Carolina and Florida Bar Associations and is a licensed real estate broker by the State of California. | | | | Martha Alderson, CFP | | Martha lives in Los Gatos, CA and is a CFP (certified financial planner) with an expertise in tax and investments. He has another 8 years experience working with other general contractors in the residential construction industry. primarily in Washington State, though he has worked in Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Virginia and Massachusetts. Dodge worked for 2 years as a professional construction cost analyst providing estimating, cost analysis and value engineering services. He also has many years of experience in the industrial steel erection and fabrication business.
